Route 22, another East-West connector, continues to be improved. The Johnstown/Cambria County Airport provides scheduled commuter service to most major population centers in the East via frequent connections to Pittsburgh's international airport, and has limited non-stop flights connecting into Pittsburgh and Washington Dulles daily. Conrail and Amtrack provide a wide variety of rail transport mainline services.
